As we are still getting questions we wanted to help clarify because with so many stories swirling around about the do's and don'ts of the most recent dicamba ruling we wanted to make sure you have the information you need at your fingertips.
On June 8th the EPA issued a response to the court ruling which decided that three key dicamba products could no longer be sprayed. (Xtendi Max, FeXapan, and Engenia)
The EPA did confirm that all sales and distribution was prohibited as of June 3rd.
They also confirmed that if you have product already on hand and that it was purchased prior to this date, and was scheduled before this ruling, you may go ahead and use as scheduled. You must continue to follow your state guidelines or spray no later than the federal date of July 31st whichever is first.
Due to this ruling we have decided to hold off any spraying of dicamba products through our custom application machine until more decisions have been made.
Should you decide to continue for the remainder of this season take some time to ensure you know all of the proper rules that are in place for the least amount of drift possible.
Call with any questions.
Mike
